Be mindful of where you place your magnifying glass!

Your lens has the power to magnify either the positive or the negative aspects of your child. And that makes all the difference.

The truth is, as children and as humans, we need others to notice our “good moments”: the time they dressed themselves, spoke to a new child, or stayed focused on a game for a while. These moments often go unnoticed—because we see them as expected.

We always have two options, two directions to point our lens: toward the positive or the negative. Whatever we focus on grows and multiplies.

The good news is that we can strengthen our child’s positive qualities. The not-so-good news is that—without meaning to—we can also strengthen the negative ones.

The choice is ours.

🎯 Focus on where you want to see progress. Acknowledging small everyday efforts is one of the most powerful tools for encouraging positive behavior.

So, be careful where you place your magnifying glass.
